Icicles Ski Club, a company limited by guarantee, is a non-profit sporting body established to conform with the statutory requirements laid down by the Australian Taxation Office and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission. Club affairs are managed by a Board of Directors (commonly known as the Committee).
